Hard Rock Cafe Sentosa has released a limited-time Smoke, Fire and Spice menu on 1 August 2016, and it will be exclusively available till 30 September 2016! We were excited to try out everything on the menu and glad to say that we loved it so much!
Inspired by the various seasonings, spices and sauces of well-loved street foods found around the world, Hard Rock Cafe Sentosa has developed six unique sauces-Kalbi, Charmoula, Barbacoa, Yakitori, Piri-Piri and Harissa sauce! Sauce is no doubt the life of the Smoke, Fire and Spice menu! Having tasted them, we definitely felt the amount of love and effort Hard Rock Cafe Sentosa had put into creating these fantastic flavours.

Yes you heard me right, 2 Hiaking months! Drawing inspiration from street foods around the world, a series of 6 seasoning sauces are created to go with your choice of 4 proteins skewers on a Sizzling Skillet that comes with grilled roasted vegetables + a side of freshly baked Pita Bread, Sesame Slaw & Monterey Jack Cheese. ~ Pick your meat: Beef ($28), Chicken ($30), Pork ($32), Shrimp ($35) or Combo (Any Two for $35). Pick your sauce: from the mildly tame Kalbi to the fiery Piri-Piri. It's that easy. In frame from top clockwise with hands in frame: Beef with Barbocoa, Shrimp with Piri Piri, Pork with Kalbi & Chicken with Harrissa. Kalbi sauce has that Korean barbecue flavour. Sweet and savoury at the same time, the addition of ginger served to enhance its taste. We especially liked the Charmoula sauce, a delightful mix of cilantro, lemon, garlic and red pepper. Pepper lovers would love their Piri-Piri and Harissa sauce! Yakitori sauce was such a breath of fresh air, perhaps due to soy and sake being creatively combined with szechuan pepper. For those who desire more kick, we’d say, definitely go for the Barbacoa sauce-it has the boldest taste out of all with a blend of onions, garlic and chipotle peppers!
We love to have the option to tailor our meals to suit our palates. Smoke, Fire and Spice menu allows us to choose our food just the way we like it! You get to pair one of these yummy sauces with your own choice of beef($28) ,chicken($30), pork($32), shrimp($35), or even select a combo for just $35! (Any choice of 2) The meal will be served on a sizzling skillet with fresh Pita bread, sesame slaw, Monterey Jack cheese and roasted vegetables on the side. Whichever protein you opt for, you are bound to love it because we tried them all and the meats were excellently grilled! Hurry to the feast!
