Régilait, household name in France, number 1 milk powder brand in France.  As France’s leading milk powder, Régilait constitutes 30% of France’s milk production – controls 30% of French milk production.  Established in 1947, with a strong a support of SODIAAL and LAITA  who are the main milk producers in France, Régilait is the first dairy cooperative in France with control of the entire chain of milk production – from procurement at farms to manufacturing of the final milk products.  Owned by SODIAAL and LAITA, Régilait’s advertisement was the first television commercial to be broadcasted on French TV in 1968.

PURITY IN MIND

With purity in mind, Régilait is 100% made in France, 100% made in by French farmers’ milk (milk is not produced out of France and imported into France), 100% packed in France, 100% traceability, 100% good quality, 100% cows milk (milk must have 34g protein minimum per 100g (34%), if not it’s not considered milk), 100% easy to dissolve because of its unique granulation process.

Régilait is convenient to prepare, milk granules dissolve easily in water (even cold water) as the powder is made with a unique granulation process.  Contains 100% real pure cow’s milk with no fillers, no maltodextrins, rich in proteins, nutritional qualities remain in the milk from gentle manufacturing process.

Many health benefits

Régilait milk is rich in vitamins and minerals such as calcium – known to strengthen bones and prevent osteoporosis.  3 cups of milk daily can help teenagers and elderly folks meet their high calcium requirements – milk can help maintain healthy teeth and bones.  Milk can also help to reduce high blood pressure, lower risk of diabetes and improve skin health, lowers the risk of colon cancer and breast cancer.

Régilait has a line-up of milk products that caters to the nutritional needs of each family member, it is suitable for everyone from ages 3 and above (babies between 1 and 3 years old have specific nutritional needs and they can start drinking standard cow’s milk as long as it is included in a balanced diet).

Régilait milk can be mixed with coffee, tea, hot chocolate and as ingredients in desserts or dishes.  There are 4 Régilait milk products to meet different nutritional requirements for day-to-day health.

  • Régilait Calorie reduced – fat-free milk, controlled calorie intake (89kcal) for weight watchers.  Also for diabetics or people with high cholesterol.
  • Régilait Calcium Plus – contains optimal composition of calcium, proteins, vitamin D and phosphorus.  2 glasses of Régilait Calcium Plus to meet daily calcium needs.
  • Régilait Multi-Vitamins – contains 8 vitamins like Vitamin A, D3, C, B1, B2, B6, B9 B12.
  • Régilait Low Fat – contains 14% more calcium and 25% less saturated fat than regular dried milk.

Strawberries Shake

Serves 2 pax | Preparation Time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 cups Régilait chilled milk (2 cups cold water mix in 100g Régilait Multi-Vitamins milk powder)
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 200g Semi frozen strawberries (removed stem and cut into half)
  • Honey to taste
  • Ice cubes (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour chilled Régilait milk into the blender
  2. Add in the yogurt, semi frozen strawberries, honey and ice cubes (optional).
  3. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.

Milk Scones

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ½ cups Self-raising flour
  • ¼ cup Rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp Caster sugar
  • 125g Butter
  • 6 tbsp Régilait Calcium Plus Non Fat milk powder
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Small egg
  • Jam and whipped cream to serve

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/220°C fan-forced. Line the baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Mix the milk powder into the water and set aside for use.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar and rolled oats. Add in the diced butter cubes, mix until the mixture becomes crumbly.
  4. Whisk Régilait milk with egg in a separate bowl, then pour over the flour mixture. Stir using a fork to make soft ragged dough. Gently knead until the dough comes together.
  5. Scatter some flour onto the work surface and dredge your hands with a little more flour. Tip the dough out and pat into 10- x 7-inch (25 x 18 cm) rectangle. Trim edges to straighten.
  6. Cut the dough into 6 squares; cut each diagonally in half.
  7. Place on lined baking tray. Lightly brush the tops with Régilait milk before baking.
  8. Bake in 200°C oven for 10 minutes until risen. Lower the temperature to 180°C and bake for another 6 to 8 minutes or until the scones turns golden brown.
  9. Transfer to rack; let cool. Serve with jam and cream.

Curry Ayam Indo

 INGREDIENTS

  • 1kg whole chicken (cut into pieces)
  • 4 medium size cooked potato wedges
  • 500ml Hot water
  • 1 ½ cup Régilait Multi-Vitamins milk (For 1 ½ cup Régilait Multi-Vitamins milk, combine 150g Régilait Multi-Vitamins milk powder with 1 ½ cup water)

CURRY PASTE INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet Dancing Chef Indonesian Curry paste
  • 1 packet Dancing Chef Rendang Curry paste
  • 3 stalks Lemongrass (cut into segments and smashed)
  • 1 knotted Pandan leaves
  • 2 Red (Bombay) onions (cut into quarters)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Marinate chicken pieces with 1 packet Dancing Chef Indonesian Curry Paste, set aside for use.
  2. Heat oil in a pot; stir-fry the lemongrass, pandan leaves and onions until fragrant.
  3. Add in Dancing Chef Rendang Curry Paste and the marinated chicken pieces.  Toss and mix briefly over high heat.
  4. Add in cooked potatoes to cook together.
  5. Add water and bring the mixture to boil. Lower the heat to medium and simmer for about 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
  6. Add Régilait Multi-Vitamins milk and bring it to boil. Lower the fire and simmer another 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
