I was with Dr. Isaac Wong at The Artisan Clinic reviewing two treatments that promise to restore that fading freshness from my face (YOUTHFUL LOOK).

First Ellansé fillers were injected into my cheeks to restore lost volume and a little into the chin. The effects are said to last longer than that of usual hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers. Unlike HA fillers which last about six to eight months, Ellansé fillers encourage my skin to produce my own collagen over time and can last over two years. I was never unhappy with my chin but a little enhancement to improve the overall proportion of my face never hurts!

This treatment can improve your confidence especially if you desire a stronger chin.

When I asked what I could do for sagging jowls and a face that appears to broaden with time, Silhouette Soft thread lifts sounded like a good plan.

Micro threads with biodegradable beads (they looked like a fine necklace) were inserted under the skin, holding the skin together like a drawcord. The results were immediate; I saw a visibly tighter jawline and lifted jowls.

Expect the numbing process to take half an hour. The threads were anchored at my chin, inserted through the skin of each cheek, and exiting between my ears and cheekbones. The optimal results will  be more visible after 3 months and will last for at least 2 years and the micro threads will be resorbed painlessly into the skin in that time.

The experience felt slightly invasive but thanks to Dr. Isaac Wong’s expert hands, I was able to go right back to work with neither bruising nor swelling.restore your collagen
