EASTER 2016 THINGS TO DO
Easter is here again! We have lined up 5 activities for you!
1- COLD STORAGE EASTER EGG-CITING RACE
Date: Sunday, 27th March 2016
Time: 12pm to 6:30pm
Start/End Location: Cold Storage Jelita
Family fun hopping this Easter at the inaugural Cold Storage Easter Egg-Citing Race! Starting from Cold Storage Jelita store along Holland Road, hope on to the Easter Race hotspots in Sime Darby, Guthrie House, Cluny Court, to play an ‘egg-citing’ array of games and challenges, and earn points. Circle back to Jelita at the end, where top teams will compete in a final challenge to win a grand prize!
To register, go to Cold Storage Facebook page and pre-register for the Cold Storage Easter Egg-Citing Race. Registration is free and is limited to 30 teams, each team must comprise two to four participants, no age restriction, however, at least one team member must be aged 18 years or above.
Race Programe
- 12:00pm – Attendance-taking for pre-registered teams
- 2:00pm – Egg-citing Race commences
- 4:30pm – Egg-citing Race ends. Teams return to Cold Storage Jelita and submit their booklets for the official point tally
- 5:30pm – Top 5 teams are announced and compete in the Final Challenge | Final Challenge commences
- 6:30pm – Final Challenge ends. Winning team is announced and awarded the Grand Prize. Cold Storage Easter Egg-Citing Race ends

2 – COLD STORAGE EASTER COLORING CONTEST
Date: 4 March to 26 March 2016
To take part in the Cold Storage Easter Coloring Contest, shoppers simply have to design and colour the Easter egg template found in the Cold Storage Easter Colouring book, upload their submission to Instagram with the hashtag #cssgwin. The Colouring Book is free with every minimum spend of $25.
All participants are encouraged to follow the Cold Storage Instagram (@coldstoragesg) for contest highlights and updates.

3 – KIDS EASTER WORKSHOP & EGG HUNT

Special Easter egg painting and creative colouring workshop led by Lydia of Oak&Bindi for children. The highlight of the day is a spirited egg hunt with special prizes including vouchers, Three Buns T-shirts and other great treats for the kid who finds the most eggs!
4 – EASTER STAYCATION AT PARKROYAL HOTEL ON PICKERING
If the March school holidays is too short to go somewhere, a staycation at Singapore’s award-winning hotel-in-a-garden, PARKROYAL on Pickering will be a fun-filled getaway just as much. No egg-lovers will be able to resist the Lobster Eggs Benedict featuring a 65°C Sous-vide Egg atop a Crispy Toasted English Muffin served with Spiced Hollandaise sauce. Other than the evergreen favourites, the Super Lunch Sunday mainstays such as Roasted Wagyu Topside and Duo of Foie Gras, Australian Fish and Chips will be served, German Schnitzel and Blue Swimmer Crab Pizza at the open kitchens at guests’ requests.

Those eggs at Melt look too good to eat! I think we're going to be home catching up on family time though. Have yet to catch my breath after the start of the new school term. You have a great Easter!
