HOW DID ASIA VOTE : ASIA’S GOT TALENT GRAND FINAL RESULTS SHOW THURSDAY 14TH MAY ON AXN
Last Thursday, the Grand Finalists gave it their all to win the hearts and votes of TV audiences across Asia. It’s a tough competition to earn the coveted title of Asia’s Got Talent 2015 winner, the US$100,000 prize, as well as the opportunity to return and perform at Marina Bay Sands. Asia have voted and the Asia’s Got Talent Grand Final Results Show will air on Thursday, 14th May on AXN (StarHub Channel 511).
Meet the 9 Grand Finalists of Asia’s Got Talent:-
THE TALENTO, a four-piece band of 11-12 year olds from Thailand who brought the judges and audience to their feet with their Grand Final performance of “The Final Countdown”.
GAO LIN and LIU XIN, acrobatic dance performers from China who impressed Melanie C and earned her Golden Buzzer in the judge’s auditions.
GWYNETH DORADO, this 11 year old budding Filipino songstress impressed with her soulful and powerful rendition of David Guetta’s “Titanium”.
DANCE THRILOGY, it’s no secret that these fabulous tap dancing girls are the BubbaMama favourite. The impeccable steps and coordination of these girls aged 9 to 13 are Singapore’s hopes of earning the Asia’s Got Talent crown.
KHUSUGSTUN, the six piece band from Mongolia have been called the ‘One Direction of Mongolia’ by judge David! Their Grand Final performance combined their unique singing voices, traditional instruments and stunning visuals.
TRIQSTAR, the five-man act from Japan earned a “Zig-a-zig-ah!” from Melanie C with their Grand Final performance as their demanding routine demonstrated incredible dance skills
EL GAMMA PENUMBRA, the ‘shadow play’ dance group from The Philippines earned themselves Anggun’s Golden Buzzer at the judge’s auditions and once again (their Grand Final act) amazed with their beautiful and clear message conveying the importance of conservation of Mother Nature.
GERPHIL GERALDINE FLORES is a 24 year old classical singer from The Philippines and for the Asia’s Got Talent Grand Final show she delivered a diva-worthy performance of “The Impossible Dream” from the Broadway musical “Man of La Mancha”.
JUNIOR NEW SYSTEM had David Foster exclaiming (that) “I saw the whole Super Bowl in three minutes” due to their American football-themed dance routine. This Filipino group rocked with their acrobatic and high energy performance.
