PARENTS ENJOY SUNDAY LUNCH WHILE WORKSHOPS ENTERTAIN THE KIDS
Potato Head Folk ushers in the festive season and new year with an exciting family-friendly program. Potato Head Folk’s Kids Workshop Series will host kids aged 3 to 9 years, one Sunday a month. While parents enjoy their Sunday lunch and relax a little, the kid’s afternoon is packed with making and eating Three Buns Restaurant’s signature ice cream dessert burgers.
To launch the Kid’s Workshop series this December, Potato Head Folk has partnered with Singapore Children’s Society to invite the residential children from Sunbeam Place for a special Christmas Eve Kids Workshop. Many of these children, who are without parents and guardians, will visit Potato Head Folk for an afternoon of ice cream burger making, burger eating, activities and festive cheer from 3pm – 5pm on Thursday, December 24.
The Kids Workshop team is led by Three Buns Executive Chef Adam Penney, who says, “We are honoured and humbled to host the kids from Sunbeam Place on Christmas Eve this year. Our team looks forward to giving them a fun-filled day of making burgers. The Kids Workshop Series is a great success at Three Buns Jakarta, and we hope to bring the same joy and fun to the kids of Singapore.”
A percentage of proceeds from each Rudolph Killah Aka Roast Face Killah burger purchased (available throughout December 2015) will benefit Singapore Children’s Society.
About Kids Workshop
The Kids Workshop is a fun-filled time for kids to create some of Potato Head Folk’s signature dessert burgers such as the Vanilla Guerilla – a not to be missed traditional ice cream patty in a dark chocolate brioche bun and topped with hot salted butterscotch sauce. Kids will have the chance to add their own creative touch to the dessert burger with a wide array of delicious toppings.
Parents can enjoy their Sunday lunch while kids enjoy the ice cream burger workshop led by the Three Buns kitchen team. Kids can then enjoy their delicious creations as well as other activities such as face painting, colouring or games. The Three Buns team will ensure safety and supervision during the workshop and activities.
