SPOTIFY REVEAL MAMA’S PLAYLIST WITH BEYONCÉ AT THE TOP

Last weekend we celebrated Mother’s Day and while we were indulging in sweet treats, rest and relaxation or just some good quality time with our Bubbas, Spotify were busy collating a list of the most played Mamas in music.

Spotify reveals that Flawless singer and mother to Blue Ivy, Beyoncé, is the world’s most streamed Mom. Looking at the last 12 months of Spotify’s streaming data, Queen Bey takes the crown globally and in Singapore. While homegrown songbird Stephanie Sun makes the list for the top ten most-streamed moms on Spotify amongst local users

Rounding off the top five most-streamed moms in Singapore are;

the “Original American Idol” Kelly Clarkson who is also a new mom to River Rose;
Adele, powerhouse vocalist and mom to Angelo;
pop-folk-R&B multi-talent P!nk, mom to Willow Sage; and
pop diva Mariah Carey, mom to twins Moroccan and Monroe.

Singapore’s most successful Mandopop singer Stefanie Sun (孫燕姿), mom to a 2-year old toddler, was sixth on the list. Malaysian pop crooner Fish Leong (梁靜茹), in eleventh place, narrowly missed an entry into the top ten.
