Bistro by day, restaurant by night – enjoy the best produce of every season at .elia.

.elia is a bistro that offers diners a modern twist to the traditional fare such as tortellini and wagyu steak. The inception of its casual yet refined menu was inspired by the founder-and-chef, Clint Seah, who has logged all his travels and memories into the makings of every dish. Walk into .elia at 10 Jiak Chuan Road and expect honest, non-pretentious freshly-made pasta and sandwiches.

On weekdays, .elia serves up an honest plate of Panchetta, a plate of freshly made trenette cooked in brown butter and egg yolk completed with Italian bacon. The Panchetta is smooth on the palate and is a clear favourite with pasta lovers.

When the sun sets, .elia transforms from a bistro to a casual dining that features mains such as Wagyu Beef Shortrib, a steak sous-vided and seared to a perfect medium rare that is juicy and nicely seasoned upon the first bite. For seafood lovers, order the Octopus, a perfect mix of grilled octopus with sautéed kale, topped with a tangy sauce of caramelised chili and macadamia nuts.

For dessert, .elia’s rendition of the temperamental Chocolate Molten Cake will leave you wanting for more. The oozy chocolate is infused with floral flavours that adds as a new spin to the sinful dessert we all love.
