SANRIO HELLO KITTY TOWN, NUSAJAYA, JOHOR PRESENTS THE HELLO KITTY 40^TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS

Hello Kitty Friends Forever is the 40^th Anniversary Celebration of Hello Kitty at Sanrio Hello Kitty Town, Nusajaya. This party celebration event will be held on 31 October 2014 to 2 November 2014 and will be a fun filled three-day carnival with activities and so much more for all Hello Kitty fans.

This beloved icon will share her 40^th Anniversary Celebration with devoted fans who can enjoy Hello Kitty exclusive opportunities and limited edition merchandise.

Highlights of the Hello Kitty 40^th Anniversary Celebration feature:-

• The Hello Kitty Friends Gathering is expected to be a record-breaking gathering as thousands of South East Asia fans come together to create a record of the largest Hello Kitty fan gathering outside Japan.

• The Hello Kitty Friends Fiesta is set to be the most exciting Hello Kitty-themed Street Fiesta to offer something for everyone. From limited edition merchandise, exchange and showcase memorabilia to mixing with other ardent Hello Kitty fans as well as street shows, magicians, minute-to-win-it games and food bazaar.

• Hello Kitty Friends Catwalk Grand Finale is the culmination of the Hello Kitty 40^th Anniversary Fashion Design Competition for emerging young Malaysian designers to showcase their talent in fashion design. The chosen top 10 designers will take to the stage on 1 November where the winner will be announced and given a RM 5,000 cash price.

• The Hello Kitty Friends Rock Music Festival will see Hello Kitty rocking with several of her friends as she celebrates this 40th Anniversary Celebration. Popular Malaysian J-Rock band Fly1ng Pan and Malaysian Pop Punk band BunkFace are slated to perform at the festival.

As the only official Hello Kitty experience outside Japan, SANRIO HELLO KITTY TOWN is the place for fans to meet, share and bond with one another as they celebrate Hello Kitty’s 40^th Anniversary.
