ACT 3 International, Singapore’s leading Arts company for the young presents the latest in its successful series of performance-workshops at a gorgeous space in ION Orchard that will be converted into ‘A Wonderland of Toys’! Combining musical theatre and visual arts, along with three hands-on workshops, this event promises fun for 4 to 8 year olds, while introducing them to the wonders of drama and art.

KidZPop PlayFest
Paddle Pop, KidZania Singapore and the Health Promotion Board (HPB) is hosting KidZPop PlayFest, a series of roadshows for parents and kids to learn about healthier snacking habits through fun games and activities. Kids and parents alike can take part in larger-than-life games such as ‘Snacks and Ladder’, ‘Calorie Tag’ and even make their own Paddle Pop ice-cream at the KidZania Singapore booth. There will also be stage games to win limited edition merchandise, Meet & Greet opportunities with the Paddle Pop lion and KidZania RightZKeeper Urbano, song-and-dance segments, and sampling of Paddle Pop’s latest Healthier Choice Symbol (HCS) certified Twister Fruity ice cream, so there’s something for everyone!

RAWR! Dinosaurs Unearthed!

26 May to 11 June (11am to 8.30pm). Meet the Memenchisaurus (first time in Singapore) which has a 17 metre long neck, the longest that has ever lived. Other dinosaurs at the exhibition includes the Yangchuanosaurus, Herrerasaurua and the Omeisaurus. Children can let their creativity run wild at the activity zone. Workshops and rides are at $5. Edutainment show about dinosaurs, “RWAR” Science Show with Jim is on weekends at 1.30pm, 4.30pm and 7.30pm.

Faber-Castell Art Festival
9 days of artistic adventures featuring record-breaking events, inspiring workshops and a local art exhibition by Faber-Castell – one of the world’s leading manufacturers of high-quality products for writing, colouring and creative designs. The inaugural ‘Faber-Castell Art Festival’ is at Marina Square Central Atrium from 27 May to 4 June 2017. Held on a grand scale in a ‘castle’ setting and encompassing 4758 square feet of space, the festival welcomes all to be inspired by the possibilities of art in its many facets, and even try their hand at creating a form of art – regardless of age or experience.

Activities to look forward are a wide variety that revolve around the brand’s quality products – ranging from two Singapore record-breaking events, interactive workshops with local and overseas art makers, an art exhibition by local emerging artists and a colouring competition for families.
