The largest LEGOLAND Water Park spanning 10 acres will open in Johor 21 October 2013. The water park is an extension of LEGOLAND Malaysia’s Theme Park which opened 15 September last year. Families with children two to twelve years old will find the LEGOLAND Water Park is perfect adventure with more 20 slides and over 70 LEGO models to choose from, private cabanas for rent, two restaurants and a retail store.
The water park is almost completed with 30% more in progress before its scheduled launch. Visitors can look forward to the Build-A-Raft River where soft LEGO Bricks are used to customise your own raft before floating down a lazy river. The Joker Soaker is an interactive wade pool where children play with water cannons as a LEGO jester model ‘tells’ jokes while 350 gallons of water pour down upon them.
Day pass pricing will be announced at a later date and you have to option to purchase Day Ticket to the Theme Park, Water Park or both. Park annual pass holders can be upgraded to the Premium Annual Pass with more details available on LEGOLAND Malaysia at a later date. The Theme Park and Water Park operating hours are from 10am to 6pm daily with longer operating hours during weekends, public and school holidays.
LEGOLAND Hotel has been scheduled to open early next year. The building has already been built and all 249 rooms will be LEGO themed – Pirate, Kingdom or Adventure.
