TIMES EXTENDS INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN’S BOOK DAY TO A MONTH LONG CELEBRATION
Celebrated every 2nd of April, International Children’s Book Day is an occasion to inspire children to pick up a book and get reading. This year, Times is extending this joyous merriment to the entire month of April with a series of in-store activities for the little ones.

Geronimo Stilton is a best-selling children’s book series that has been translated into 35 different languages. Geronimo is a talking mouse who lives in New Mouse City on Mouse Island. A best-selling author, Geronimo Stilton works as a journalist and editor for the fictional newspaper The Rodent’s Gazette. Geronimo is a nervous, mild-mannered mouse who would like nothing better than to live a quiet life, but he keeps getting involved in far-away adventures with his younger sister, Thea, and other characters of the book. The books are written as though they are autobiographical adventure stories, with 52 episodes of animation screened in over 40 countries and a third season coming soon.
