Bubbas & Mamas! Zespri SunGold KiwiFest is happening this Sunday on 5 June 2016 at Empress Place – Jubilee Lawn. Gear up and kick-start the day with the first Zespri Picnic in the city, a Vinyasa Yoga class by MC Swtlkr and Zepri’s Kiwi mascot, and POP Pilates workout by popular youtube US fitness instructor, Cassey Ho (Blogilates).
Zespri SunGold KiwiFest, a three-hour long morning event is specially curated by world’s largest marketer of kiwifruits, Zespri, to help us inject positivity into our dull mornings. Activities at Zespri SunGold KiwiFest revolve around health and fitness, feel-good music and Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit.
Zespri SunGold KiwiFest Activities line-up
- Zespri SunGold Salutations: Vinyasa yoga class by Vijay aka MC Swtklr. For early risers, Zespri SunGold KiwiFest will kick-start a Vinyasa yoga class with buoyant music. An invigorating way to start the morning, MC Swtklr together with Zespri’s Kiwi Mascot will lead the fun yoga class with a series of yoga movements that are synchronised to the breath – also the anchor to the movement from one pose to the next without stopping.
- Zespri X POP Pilates: Cassey Ho, youtube influencer from United States of America will be conducting her signature POP Pilates workout session to the upbeat tunes of DJ Shellsuit.
- Zespri Picnic in the City: Picnic on giant Zespri Kiwifruit mats with Sogurt (Frozen Yogurt, Froyo) topped with juicy, sweet slices of Zespri SundGold Kiwifruit, Zespri SundGold Kiwifruit popsicle by Popaganda, and healthy Zespri SundGold Kiwifruit breakfast bowls from Park Bench Deli.
- Giant Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit dart Board for kids: Giant dart Board in a shape of kiwifruit will be home to Zespri SunGold KiwiFest, the Positive Patrol will also be there to educate participants on the benefits of Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit with a fun twist.
- Zespri X Leelapass play area for kids: 15 minute blocks of mass participation physical activities including parachutes, ball games and an interactive full body rock, paper, scissors game.
