The Providore Café’s kitchen headed by Chef Saffry Rahim offers a western-style menu with an Australian influence.  The dishes are thoughtfully designed using products and fresh produce from The Providore, weekday menu offers breakfast, lunch and dinner while weekend menu offers brunch and dinner.  The cakes and pastries on the menu are freshly baked while the artisan breads and pastries are baked for The Providore by BAO Bakery’s Chef Christophe Grilo (formerly from Canelé Pâtisserie Chocolaterie).

The café’s dining area seating 45 people has a homely touch which the founders Bruce Chapman and Robert Collick hope will inspire their customers to recreate The Providore dining experience at their homes.  The retail space stocks a fine selection of gourmet brands and in-house Providore brand aims to help make recreating the experience at home easier.
