How do you get Bubba to wilfully come shopping during the Great Singapore Sale (GSS)? Promise him a trip to the coolest pop up playground ever! The geniuses at Parkway Parade have themed this year’s participation in the GSS as Discover and Win a World of Riches at Parkway Parade and along with an awesome line up of events, they concocted something special for the kids – an Egyptian Treasure Hunt playground!
Bubba was invited to be one of the first little ones to give this new playground a test drive, but unfortunately we couldn’t make it to the opening. It wasn’t long before the World of Riches shopping-playground allure brought us to Parkway Parade, however, and we couldn’t wait to check out what was in store! After spending the mandatory $50 in order to register at the playground and measuring in above 90cms, Bubba raced off to get stuck into the Egyptian looking popup with the coolest ball pit ever.
Sadly the fun was a little short lived because, although Bubba had a blast, playtime was capped at 15 minutes to prevent overcrowding. Hmm…maybe next year we’ll have to shop in increments of $50 so Bubba gets multiple playtimes!!
