After three successful runs and countless sold-out nights, Executive Chef Low Hoe Kiat has added lobsters to add spice to the Battle of the Crab buffet at Spice Brasserie at PARKROYAL on Kitchener.
Starting the Union of Crabs and Lobsters buffet course with the exotic Truffle Lobster with Marinated jellyfish Salad appetiser. Combining the sweetness of the lobster meat and strong truffle flavour, we particularly enjoyed this dish for its unique flavour.

Topped with cheese on a fresh lobster meat and covered with Mentaiko sauce, the Flame-grilled Lobster Mentaiko is one which is popular among those who love the creamy cheese on lobster meat with a hint of smokey flavour.
