SCHOOL HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES FOR THIS MARCH AND EASTER TIME

It’s school break time and it’s time to gather some ideas together that will keep bubba entertained, happy and active. Here’s a run down on some of the school holiday activities for March and Easter 2015:-

SAMPLE STORE is holding a FREE family fun-filled Easter themed day at Downtown East D’Marquee on Sunday, 5th April from 10am to 6pm. Highlights of the event include:-

SMART KIDS ASIA 2015 is happening at Singapore Expo Hall 5 between 20 – 22 March. This largest educational kids’ fair in Asia combines education, health and family bonding activities. Times is the official bookshop of this event and have some great highlights planned:-

Meet and Greet Geronimo and Thea Stilton – from 11am to 9pm daily

Times Stage Fun hosted by Cynthia Lee – these shows will engage, excite and allow the kids to explore through these stage activities – 20 March 1.30pm – 2pm and 4pm – 4.30pm, 21 March 2pm to 2.30pm and 22 March 3pm to 3.30pm.

GARDENS BY THE BAY present a March 2015 filled with big Monster Fun! March Monster Mash is sure to be heaps of monstrous fun with activities such as puppet shows, craft activities, monster installations, workshops, move screening, monster parade and lots more.

Monster Installations & Trail will see our little ‘monsters’ decorate a blank canvas at The Canopy or talk a self-guided trail through the various monster installations in the Gardens –

Game Booths and Bouncy Castle is where bubba can try free games at the Children’s Garden or bounce to his heart is content in a giant castle at the Supertree Grove –

WHEN : Saturday 14th March – Sunday 22nd March 10am – 6pm (game booths) and Wednesday 18th March to Sunday 22nd March (bouncy castle)

WHERE : Children’s Garden (game booths) and Suptertree Grove (bouncy castle)

Interactive Storytelling is organised by the National Library Board and these sessions will take bubba on a tale of creation – how each story ends depends entirely on bubba and his brilliant imagination.

Make me a Monster Workshop this make-over workshop will see the whole family kitted out in a monster-made costume. Using simple household object and recyclables, add some inspiration and creativity and see what your family produce. Take the chance to be the best-dressed family and stand to win exciting prizes.

The Island escape from Singapore, SENTOSA have some delightful Easter Treats in store for us this March 2015.

Not only is The Great Egg-Venture at Sentosa HarbourFront the ultimate Easter Egg hunt, but Sentosa have lots of fun for bubba and the whole family too. With special promotions and lots f activities, Sentosa is the State of Easter Fun :-

Easter Eggs Painting Workshop at Amara Sanctuary Resort happening every weekend from 13th March to 7 April at 1pm

HarbourFront Centre is transformed into a Jurassic Park this Easter 2015! Activities to learn all about dinosaurs and take a photo with the 3 metre tall T-Rex from 17th March to 22nd March. Also workshops where bubba can be an apprentice palaeontologist or hunt for the fossil egg. Workshops are conducted on a first come first served basis, for more information please call 63776311.
