You are out in public when bubba decides to have a public melt down. No amount of gentle words, bribes or stern warnings can get bubba to calm down. What can you do next? My secret weapon for quickly and safely dealing with such a difficult situation in public is the Peace & Calming blend by Young Living essential oils. As its name suggests, it silently calms down your bubba within minutes of application, instilling a sense of relaxation and calm. It is particular handy during episodes of depression, anxiety or stress. I like to drop a few drops of Peace & Calming into a diffuser in my room and also to rub one to two drops on bubba’s tummy, back and neck.

Peace Calming

The Peace & Calming blend consists of these single pure essential oils:- Tangerine, which esters and aldehydes that calm and sedate the nervous system. Orange, which brings peace, calmness and happiness to the mind and body. It also brings joy to the heart, which helps overcome depression. Ylang Ylang, which brings feelings of confidence, joy, and peace. Ylang Ylang is used to help balance male-female energies during sessions of spiritual attunement. This allows the person to focus their thoughts and filter out unnecessary distraction. Patchouli, which is sedating and calming. It aids in reducing anxiety. Blue Tansy, which helps calm the lymphatic system. Should I run out of Peace & Calming, I reach for Vetiver. Besides helping with anxiety, it also eases depression — especially postpartum — extreme nervousness, and stress. For good measure, when we are at home, I will diffuse Lavender, which has sedative properties.

Muji sells a good value diffuser. Muji Diffuser .If you have any questions about Young Living essential oils, please contact Patricea patricea.chow@yahoo.com for further details.
