You are probably thinking if you have oily skin, you wouldn’t need anymore oils? Well, using the right oils can actually help moisturize acne-prone skin and balance your sebum production. Moreover oil dissolve oil. The Body Shop Oils of Life™ skincare series come in lotion (toner), facial oil, hand held twin-ball facial massager, face cream, face gel and night cream.
ENJOY A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP WITH OILS OF LIFE™ SLEEPING CREAM
Daytime skincare is about protecting our skin from the environment, like make-up and harmful UV ray, while night time skincare is about repair and renewal. Hence night time skincare routine should cover 3 areas of concern – dry or dehydrated skin, oily & acne prone skin and mature/anti-aging. While 8 hours of sleep is the dream amount of sleep a night, we know that it is not always a reality for everyone. Over time poor sleep quality is known to increase the signs of ageing, which is why it is essential to make the most of rest we manage to squeeze in. Our skin’s peak renewal period is around 10:00pm to 2:00am, the golden hours as we like to call them.
Using 3 key ingredients around the world, known for their revitalizing and repairing properties on skin, Black Cumin seed oil from Egypt, Camellia seed oil from China and Rosehip seed oil from Chile – The Body Shop Oils of Life Intensely Revitalizing Cream will work to revitalise skin while we sleep.
The luxurious yet ultra refreshing texture of The Body Shop Oils of Life Sleeping Cream melts into our skin and promises to revitalise our skin while we sleep. Used over a period of time, signs of ageing will visibly be reduced as the cream is made from 99% oils of natural origin. This lightweight, quickly-absorbed formula effortlessly melts onto skin leaving a non-sticky, velvety-soft finish when we used it.
BM VERDICT:
- Comfortable but light and non-greasy.
- Signs of aging appear reduced – wrinkles appear minimised, skin looks smoother and feels suppler.
- Skin absorbed the cream easily.
I love using face oil. Makeup glides on smoothly too.
Lol yeah! It helps bring out the best in the colors in make up as well!
I like products that are non greasy. Thanks for sharing this.
Lol yes i agree that mums need a simple one step miracle skincare!
Lol! Yeah! Gives us the extra time for other important tasks!
This sounds like a restful therapy already! Great for mums!
Yes yes! Especially when we are always short of time!
Have not tried face oil, will check it out at Body Shop!
Oils of Life, looks suitable for my dry skin. Slab it on and go to sleep..!
YES! Apparently, Eric used it and loved it very much!
I agree that using the right oil is impt, even if one has oily skin. Just curious, did you actually try it on yrself, Eric?
YES! Apparently, Eric used it and loved it very much!
Yes I did, I have oily skin actually. I have tried Bio Oil in the past, but the scent from Oils for Life Intensively Revitalizing Sleeping cream was a nice touch to this experience.
Rosehip seed oil from Chile is perfect for dry skin, it locks in the moisture, regenerates cells by increasing collagen production, what more can we ask for? But its always good to monitor your skin tolerance of the product, the 'go to sleep' part is always a good formula to healthy skin.
I think you wil love it, but prior to applying, rub a little cream between your hands, like you would to generate heat in a cold room, and breath in the aroma as you massage the vitalizing sleeping cream onto your face and neck… bet you would go – mmmmmmm with a smile. Haha..
Yes! Mums are the greatest gift to mankind and I ain't exaggerating.
This could be it JA Wu!
