CELEBRATING THE FESTIVE SEASON
Ask any child what their favourite holiday is and they are inclined to say Christmas, right after the candy filled Halloween. Festive dishes add excitement to the normal restaurant routine including a slew of sweets and desserts, bound to delight any child.
This yuletide holiday, O’Coffee Club celebrates with its My Favourite Things menu available from 13 November 2014 to 31 December 2014 at selected O’Coffee Club outlets. The menu comprises dishes such as Baked Pumpkin and Apple soup ($8.50), Chicken Truffle Mushroom spaghetti ($16) and the Jolly Mud Pie ($12.20).
Chicken Truffle Mushroom spaghetti
I would recommend the O’Coffee Club Chicken Truffle Mushroom spaghetti. Bubbas would enjoy the creamy dish filled with roasted chicken, truffle oil and mixed mushrooms.
Apart from the dine-in options, O’Coffee Club also has cakes and cookies available for takeaway. Kids would enjoy the O’Coffee Club Chocolate Wonderland logcake ($53.50), it’s a chocolate sponge covered in dark chocolate ganache with bits of cream cheese and praline feuilletine.
There are also a variety of other goodies such as Christmas cookies, macarons, fruitcake and Christmas Stollen ($14). I usually do not like stollens as they are way too sweet and hard. But the one from O’Coffee Club is almost bread like with a light dust of powdered sugar, much more palatable.
Free delivery is available for purchases of $500 to a single location. A delivery fee of $20 applies to purchases less than $500. All deliveries take three days to process and the last day for collections or delivery is 31 December 2014.
