BLACKMORES INTRODUCES WELLNESS TRIBES TO HELP US NAVIGATE COMPLEX HEALTH ENVIRONMENT
Blackmores, Australia’s leading supplement brand, has launched a wellness quiz in Singapore, to assist you in finding your perfect wellness solution.
A panel of health, wellness and lifestyle experts convened by Blackmores concluded that pursuing a healthy lifestyle has become increasingly challenging due to the sheer volume and complexity of information and solutions available. Helping us navigate this landscape could put them on a better health and wellness trajectory.
The panel was brought together to understand factors which could be preventing us from achieving our health and wellness goals. Despite an increase in resources promoting healthy eating and physical activity, finding accurate, trusted information is often dependent on the individual’s level of health literacy.
In today’s fast-paced society, we are constantly bombarded with a slew of health and wellness options to keep our bodies in optimum condition. But, how do we break through the clutter and determine what is good for us? We spend endless hours scouring the Internet, speaking with friends and family for their recommendation and more often than not, use our bodies as test subjects for what we think might be the best choice for us.

The quiz aims to determine your wellness profile based on your lifestyle and attitudes to health. Each Tribe’s profile was created in consultation with a panel of experts from various parts of the healthcare ecosystem. At the end of the quiz, you will also find tailored health solutions by Blackmores’ very own naturopath just for you.
From 1 – 21 December 2015, those who take the quiz and share their results on Facebook using #WellnessTribes stand to win an exclusive Tribal Wellness pack and $500 worth of Blackmores products. A few lucky winners will also have the chance to meet popular television host and wellness celebrity, Denise Keller, in person. In addition, products recommended by the quiz will be sold at 35% off at pharmacies across the island.
