Jamie’s Italian Pizza & Prosecco Party

Fun-filled pizza-making parties for children by Jamie’s Italian.

At Jamie’s Italian VivoCity, children get to make pizza dough and personalize their own pizzas. Putting to test children’s creativity to the test with a host of toppings to personalize their own pizzas, it also helps them learn about vegetables and learn to accept eating them. The children at Jamie’s Italian’s Pizza Party will also be taken on a restaurant herb garden tour and an introduction to pasta shapes. After which, they can look forward to a yummy lunch of one kid’s meal from the kid’s ala
carte menu and fruity water.

Bubba was very excited before the pizza making class began, he picked the yellow capsicum for his pizza that day. After the pizza making class, he’s been picking on yellow capsicum to eat in his raw salad.

Bubba picked out what he likes to eat and some new vegetables to try – Cheddar Cheese, Olives, Prosciutto, Basil, Rosemary, Chicken and yellow capsicum.

Tearing the cheddar cheese and putting on the pizza dough.
Bubba is totally oblivious to us hoovering above him!
Smiling for the camera with his pizza ready for the oven!
Bubba cut the pizza into 8 slices with Chef’s help. Making the pizza for himself, he ate 5 slices leaving only 3 for the adults (myself and Gretchen).

These Jamie’s Italian Pizza Kids Party interactive sessions are available for bookings for a minimum of 8 kids and are priced at $45++ per child.

While there are classes for kids at Jamie’s Italian, the adults are not forgotten! Our classes come with prosecco for us to enjoy some ME-time with our mummy friends or girlfriends – the Pizza & Prosecco Party. The session is a two hour hands on class where we will learn a little about the history of pizza, the importance of using the best ingredients, and some insider tips on how to stretch our pizza dough like a pro. At the end of the session, we get to taste all our friends’ pizzas and enjoy a well-earned glass or two of Prosecco.

Prosecco is served while waiting for the rest of the party.
Individual prep stations and culinary tools will be on hand for you to make your pizzas. Class includes: Pre-prepared pizza dough, pizza sauce and a host of delicious toppings to customise our pizzas.
Chef demo of pizza and introduction by Jamie’s Italian Chef (Chef to explain the history of pizzas, howto make your pizza dough at home, provide detail on sauces and ingredients).

  1. Looks like a really fun experience for both the adults and kids! The pizza probably tasted better to Bubba since he made it himself ya? He looked like he had a lot of fun, and it’s a good way to introduce more vegetables and perhaps even some herbs into his diet. Thanks for sharing!

  2. Hey Katherine, good to see you here. Spread looks amazing. Even I will love to go on a tour to the restaurant’s herb garden. And the two glasses of prosecco is very tempting. Haha..

  3. Photos of the fresh ingredients stopped me in my tracks as well as those where Bubba seem so engaged. What a wonderful program to intro kids to culinary as well as to appreciate fresh produce – something they usually see in books only. Thanks for sharing!
