Multitasking at its Best: Marie Kondo Your Own BYGGLEK Play Space

Ikea BYGGLEK

Check out the newest item on the IKEA catalogue — a collaboration with toy favourite LEGO, it’s definitely a little more than just a nice-looking product.

Inspired by Play, the BYGGLEK (Swedish for ‘build, play’) collection will officially be launched exclusively at IKEA stores only on 18 February 2021 and online from 25 February 2021.

Experience how IKEA’s BYGGLEK turns clean-up time into playtime as it integrates fun storage solutions into our Everyday organising. It is not just a handy storage box for your spare bricks, but also a multipurpose creative platform for you to build your masterpiece.

Give life to your play space creation with the 201-piece LEGO brick set that comes with plenty of starters elements, like food items, plants and mini figurines. You can assemble your structures inside, create an installation work outside, and still play with decoratives like adding furniture, windows or even doors all around the BYGGLEK – it’s time you let your imagination run wild. This is also the perfect time for you to Marie Kondo your house while creating room for play and having it on display.

The decorative storage boxes come in various sizes ranging from $19.90 to $24.90.

With all the anticipation going on, purchases have been limited to 3 pieces per article per customer in stores. For now, BYGGLEK is sold out, but not to worry, as IKEA is currently in the process of acquiring additional shipment this month of March.
