HEALTHIER SAKURA CHICKEN RAMEN

Ramen Matsuri means Ramen festival in Japanese.  Started by Japanese chef Kenichi Ikehata in April 2013, he hopes to bring the vibrant Japanese festival ambience to the quaint restaurant tucked away in a row of shophouse between busy Raffles Place and in Boat Quay.  Ramen Matsuri serves a traditional casual Japanese comfort food which made from Sakura Chicken soup.

Chef Kenichi is particularly concerned about the quality and safety of food to consumers’ health which probed him to use Kami Sakura chicken raised without antibiotics and growth hormones.  Ramen lovers can now enjoy the Sakura Chicken Ramen which is both delicious and healthy at turn same time.

Not just any chicken, The Kami Sakura Chickens are bred in an environment where Mozart Music is played to relaxed them and also using a unique Japanese farming technology where he chickens are fed with lactobacillus. The lactobacillus which was fed to the chickens is a pure strain cultured specially for them, it is introduced into their diet using the organic farming process which helps to enhance their immune system.  The chickens are less fat and contains less cholesterol because they are raised in a hygienic environment with room to roam freely.

Not compromising the taste, the Kami Sakura Chicken ramen is a healthier option for those watching their waistline.
