Sunshine Sandwiches with Classic Wholemeal Bread

Creamy Double Cheese and Celery

INGREDIENTS

• 2 slices of Sunshine Classic Wholemeal bread
• Grated mature cheddar cheese
• Philadelphia cream cheese
• Sliced celery
• Salt and pepper to taste

BUILD YOUR SANDWICH

1. Simply mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl
2. Put between the slices of bread
3. Serve with lettuce, tomato and chips

 Tasty Classic Tuna Mayo

INGREDIENTS

• 2 slices of Sunshine Classic Wholemeal bread
• 1 x tinned tuna
• Chopped red onion
• Sliced celery
• Mayonnaise
• Wholegrain mustard (optional)

BUILD YOUR SANDWICH

1. Mix your ingredients together in a bowl
2. Build your sandwich
3. Add lettuce. 
4. Serve with tomato and a crescent of chips.

 Tuna Cheese Melt

INGREDIENTS

• 2 slices of Sunshine Classic Wholemeal bread
• 1 x Tinned tuna
• Grated mature cheddar cheese
• Chopped red onion
• Sliced celery
• Mayonnaise

BUILD YOUR SANDWICH

1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl
2. Build your sandwich.
3. Warm in oven or in a sandwich toaster.
4. Serve with chilli sauce (or ketchup)
