Yoga: Lululemon

Every mama knows that we need our relaxation and fitness in order to keep our minds alert and our bodies ready for every call from bubba.  Of course we need our patience intact too in order to deal efficiently and effectively with each and every need of our little ones. That’s where I find yoga is the most perfect workout for me.

Start off by getting in the zone with some breathing exercises, follow up with a good number of poses that see your body stretching, strengthening and unwinding in a way that is only possible with good yoga instruction.

Having recently discovered the worldwide brand that is Lululemon I was absolutely overjoyed to learn that they offer complimentary yoga classes to their community.  Their usual showrooms that are well stocked with cool, comfortable and fashionable active wear are suddenly transformed into yoga studios.  Lululemon invite professional yoga instructors from the yoga studios within the community for these regular yogi meetings.

I went along to one of their Saturday morning sessions at their Joo Chiat showroom and took my youngest son along too.  The class was lead by Lisa from Kate Porter at Laguna Park and really was a fabulously flowing, strengthening and finally relaxing class.  The moment the class finished my son asked if we could come again next week!
