I am a firm believer of healthy food and pill popping. I believe that we don’t get enough nourishment from the food we eat, hence the body always feel hungry and is always snacking.
What do you think? I pop Wolfberries and vitamin C as snacks! When I take my supplements diligently, my mind tells my body I’m well nourished and I don’t binge on snacks, hence I free pretty and skinny. I don’t deny that I am obsessed with staying healthy and looking radiant and I’m guilty of being a hypochondriac 😉
