When we were introduced to a new makeup brand Chacott for Professionals from Japan, we were pleased to find that it fits most or if not all of our makeup selection criteria. Chacott is a very famous Japanese professional ballet brand name. Chacott cosmetics line was initially developed for ballet professional dancers and stage performance use. We were invited for the launch and introduction of Chacott for Professionals makeup. Chacott’s professional makeup artist Hiroe Maeda from Japan was present to demonstrate and give us tips on how to use makeup from Chacott. Hiroe Maeda did a makeover for our editor and her immaculate yet perfectly radiant look was achieved using just a few cosmetics items from Chacott; and it is worth mentioning that her gorgeous look was achieved in just under 10 minutes!
The product selection for Chacott for Professionals is very wide. It covers the wide spectrum of cosmetics, skincare and accessories. There are different types of foundation, finishing powder, plant extract serum, eye shadows (which also doubles up as a blusher or highlighter), lip colours, make up brushes and other makeup accessories. The best seller in the Chacott cosmetics line is their finishing powder. It is a loose powder that is extremely fine and can be used as a finishing coat on top of foundation or just on its own for a more natural translucent sheen.
