A Crab Affair, a crustacean spread at Melt CAFÉ at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore now from 16 June to 2 July 2017.
Indulge in a delightful evening of sumptuous crustacean spread highlighted with an array of the freshest catch on ice, such as the Tasmanian spanner crab, Canadian stone crab claw, Asian mud crab, Alaskan king crab and many more crab variations.
COLD STARTERS AND APPETISERS
At the cold starters and appetisers section, the Tender Asparagus and Crab with Glass Noodles and Yuzu Marinated Crab Gâteau with Avocado, Tobiko and Organic Cress is another to dish to start the whet the appetite for the Crab Affair.
HOT CRAB AFFAIRS
Those with a penchant for aromatic Asian flavours are spoilt for choice when they hit the hot section with highlights such as the much-loved Singaporean-style black pepper crab, salted egg yolk soft-shell crab and tantalising Thai stir-fried flower crab, tossed in the wok with fiery and flavourful tom yum then garnished with basil and lemongrass.
Other than the other Naan and pasta live stations, the Hainanese Crab Noodles from the live noodle station is a must try. The crispy noodles is soaked in the Hainanese gravy topped with a crab claw, it is a bowl of delight to satisfy a noodle lover like us.
Crab Affair is available for dinner at Melt Café from 16 June to 2 July 2017.
